MY LITTLE ALWAYS — REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mylittlealways.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Most of our products are personalized or made to order specifically for you (for example, custom photo jewelry and keepsakes). Because these items are created uniquely for you, they cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind, and we are unable to accept returns for errors in personalization details that were provided by you at checkout (such as spelling, dates, or the photo submitted). Please review your personalization carefully before completing your order.
This does not affect your rights when an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect — see "Damages and issues" below. In those cases we will make it right.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us resolve it quickly, please include clear photos of the item and the packaging. If we confirm the issue, we will remake the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you, and you will not usually need to ship the item back.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products (such as special orders and personalized keepsakes) except in the case of a defect, damage, or an error on our part. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us about your original item, and once any issue is resolved or your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that, under EU consumer law, this 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are personalized or made to your specifications, which make up most of our catalog.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return (or reviewed your damage/defect claim), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at support@mylittlealways.com.
